Carbon Steel

Carbon steel pans are light, easy to handle and move around the kitchen. Carbon steel cookware is versatile and be used on various heat sources, including gas, electric, induction, and even in the oven. Carbon steel heats up quickly and evenly, allowing for precise temperature control, which is ideal for searing, sautéing, and frying.

With proper care, carbon steel cookware can last for decades. It's tough enough to withstand high temperatures and metal utensils. When properly seasoned, carbon steel develops a natural non-stick surface that rivals non-stick coatings. It is worth noting that carbon steel cookware requires seasoning and maintenance to prevent rust and maintain its non-stick properties.
