Use and Care

• Before first use, wash in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. 
• Use on low to medium heat for best cooking results and to help preserve the stainless steel finish. 
• Always match the roaster base to a suitably sized cooktop zone, especially when using induction. 
• Use oven mitts or heat-resistant gloves when handling, as stainless steel surfaces and handles may become hot during use. 
• Allow cookware to cool before washing. Do not place a hot roaster directly into cold water. 
• For everyday cleaning, wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge or place in the dishwasher. 
• To remove stubborn food residue, soak in warm soapy water before cleaning. 
• Avoid harsh scourers or abrasive cleaners that may scratch the stainless steel surface. 
• Dry thoroughly after washing to help maintain shine and minimise water spots.
