Use & Care:

  • Before First Use: Remove all paper and labels. Clean with hot soapy water, rinse well, and dry thoroughly.
  • Hand Wash Recommended: Although dishwasher safe, hand washing in warm soapy water is recommended to ensure longevity.
  • Avoid Boiling Dry: Never allow the cookware to boil dry and always cool down before placing in water.
  • Heat Control: Cooking on low to medium heat is recommended for most applications; use high heat only for short-term searing or browning.
  • Handle Care: Cast iron and stainless steel knobs will get hot during use; always use oven mitts or a thick cloth when lifting the pot.
