Cook on low to medium heat - the ceramic coating distributes heat quickly
Use silicone or wood untensils to help the coating last longer
Do not use sharp or metal utensils, do not cut food in the pan
Use a little high smoke point oil for cooking, avoid spray oils which deteriorate the coating
Although dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the pan
Hand wash with a soft sponge, or soft brush and warm soapy water
Avoid abrasive detergents and harsh scourers such as steel wool
Allow your cookware to cool down before washing
Putting a hot pan in cold water can cause thermal shock and warp the pan.
If carbonisation of oil occurs when overheated, creating a sticky residue on the surface of the pan, clean as follows. Half fill the pan with water and bring to a simmer for a few minutes. Pour out the water and clean the pan with a soft melamine sponge
For tougher stains and stuck on food spots, simmer a mix of half white vineger and half water in the pan for a few minutes. Wash the warm surface with a melamine sponge.
