Description

This PYROLUX CONNECT 24cm fry pan is crafted with a durable cast aluminium body with detachable handle for easy and convenient storage. The Whitford USA Eclipse Diamond non-stick coating is created with Diamond nanotechnology which produces extreme hardness and durability making the pan safe for metal utensils and heat resistant up to 230°C.

  • Body is dishwasher safe but we recommend that the handle is hand washed

  • Before first use remove all paper and labels. Clean your new cookware with hot soapy water, rinse well and dry thoroughly
  • Although your cookware has passed all dishwasher safe testing, it is recommended to hand wash your cookware in warm soapy water to ensure longevity of the non-stick surface and internals of the detachable handle.
  • Never allow your cookware to boil dry and always allow to cool down before placing in water.
  • The body of your cookware is oven safe up to 230°C.
  • The detachable handle is oven safe up to 150°C.
  • Do not allow the heat source to extend beyond the base of the cookware.
  • To ensure a long life on the non-stick surface it is recommended to use wooden, nylon or silicon utensils.
  • Never cut food with a knife whilst still in the cookware as this can permanently damage the surface.
  • If the non-stick properties of your cookware are diminished over time, simply apply a light coating of oil with a paper towel over the entire cooking surface, ensuring all excess oil is removed. This will recondition your cookware for future use.
  • Cooking on a low to medium heat is recommended in the large majority of applications. High heat should only be used for short term searing or browning.
  • Your cookware is suitable for gas, electric, halogen, ceramic and induction cooktops.
